I've used the Plaud NotePin S several times now and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools. It's incredibly convenient for capturing notes on the go — whether in meetings or just brainstorming — and the AI transcription and summarization features work really well. What I love most is that it doesn't just record, it actually organizes the content and pulls out key takeaways and follow-up items, which saves a ton of time. If you're someone who takes a lot of notes or sits through a lot of meetings, this is a must-have tool. Highly recommend.

Great product

It works great. The only thing is that the tab title like "To do list" or " Draft " is in Chinese not English. I believe this can be fixed in the app. Periodical updates.

Ai is scary good! I love that I didn’t open the app after downloading it. The voice interpretation is incredible!! Well designed and I was truly looking for a way to give this some decent half butt comment but well done to the team that designed this AI

It’s clear it’s picking up my words and understanding the situation. I went downstairs and picked up a package outside on the porch and it and it understood that I was picking up a delivery. I didn’t really say anything about that. It’s pretty neat as far as understanding what is going on in the words, it gets a few things wrong like my wife’s name is Emogene and it’s spelledlike that and it spelled it wrong not A big deal, but it got the point but the overall AI component is pretty fantastic. Not a huge fan of subscriptions but here we are sure beats writing things down in notes missing stuff you know when you’re distracted or trying to do two things at once it sure makes a difference.

I had an issue with my PLAUD NotePin not connecting to the app, which was very frustrating because I needed access to important recordings.

Although the experience started poorly, the PLAUD AI support team handled the case professionally. Ken and Tedz followed up clearly, escalated the issue, arranged a replacement device, and kept me updated throughout the process.

I appreciate their patience, communication, and sincere effort to solve the problem. Product issues can happen, but good customer service makes a big difference.

It works. It summarizes and generates mind mapping. It also gives possible insights. The note pin is discrete and can be clipped to a shirt or badge or worn around the neck or wrist. Easy to connect with wifi bluetooth.

La estrella le costó porque 300 minutos de transcripción realmente no son suficientes, así que prepárate para pagar al menos el plan pro de 1.200 minutos, lo que hace que al año le inviertas casi 100 USD. Pero si le sacas provecho para capturar ideas, revisar notas y elementos de acción, es súper recomendable, aun con el costo del plan.

One of the best purchases I’ve made. This tool is definitely worth the money. My only concern is the subscription cost, and I hope they consider lowering it in the future. Overall, it’s a very useful and high-quality tool that I would recommend.

Simply amazing that I was able to capture an entire Baroque recital from the back row of a large theatre.

It's really useful for recording my meetings and saves me a lot of time that I'd otherwise spend taking minutes. I just start the recording, and I end up with a full transcript of the meeting. It's an excellent product.

The NotePin S has quietly become one of the most-used tools in my business. I run a residential construction company in Baton Rouge — Stephen Construction — and the device captures walkthroughs, voice memos to subs, scope discussions on jobsites, and post-inspection notes that would otherwise live as scribbles in a notebook or get lost. The Plaud app's summarization and transcription turn raw audio into something I can actually search and act on later. It has changed how I move through my day.

What pushed this review from "good product" to "raving review" was the support experience. I had cosmetic damage on the outer shell and reached out about ordering just the housing. There was a delay in response, so I went through Amazon's replacement process and was already squared away — but Plaud's support team kept following up even after I'd been made whole, eventually reaching out to acknowledge the delay and make things right. Rio in particular handled it with real care. That kind of follow-through after the transaction is already done says everything about a company.

If you're on the fence — buy it. And know that if anything comes up, there are humans on the other end who actually care.

I am so pleased with the accuracy and organized presentation of notes from my meetings! This is a game changer! The device has so many options for portability. It is light enough to wear anywhere. Connectivity is perfect. I thought I’d lost my device and was so disappointed but I was able to figure out where it was when I was close enough to connect to it. (It had fallen between my seat in the car.) I absolutely love it!

From the day I got it I haven’t stopped using it. For quoting jobs for office meetings for shop inventory list it is invaluable now. Some people will complain about the subscription price but if it saves you time it’s worth it because time is money right? In standby it stays charged so long ! You literally have to remember to charge it! I would list without it at this point!
