We want your checkout experience to be simple, secure, and transparent. This page explains how payments work in our India store, what to expect at each step, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods on our India store:

  • Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay (credit and debit cards accepted)
  • Net Banking — Pay directly via your bank's online portal. Supported banks include SBI, HDFC, Kotak, PNB, Canara, and more.
  • UPI — Pay from your bank account using any UPI-enabled app, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.
  • Wallets — Mobikwik, Amazon Pay Balance, and Itz Cash Card.
  • EMI — Credit card EMI options are available for eligible cards. Supported providers include Axis Bank, HDFC, and others.

Please note:

  • Each order must be completed using a single payment method. Split payments are not supported.
  • Available payment methods may vary depending on your bank, card type, or device. If your preferred method is not available at checkout, please try an alternative from the list above.

PRICING AND TAX DISCLOSURE

All prices on this website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

No additional charges will be applied after checkout confirmation, other than any shipping fees displayed at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT AUTHORISATION AND CAPTURE

When you pay by credit or debit card, a temporary authorization is placed on your account for the order amount. This reserves the funds while your order is being processed and is not an immediate charge.

For UPI and net banking payments, funds are debited immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.

Please note that authorisation timelines and hold periods may vary depending on your bank and payment method. If you have questions about a pending authorisation, please contact your bank directly or reach us at support@agelessdigital.com.

ONE-TIME PASSWORD (OTP) AND TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

In accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, all card-not-present transactions (i.e., online card payments) require an Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA). This typically takes the form of a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email address by your bank or other method mandated by your bank.

You will be redirected to your bank's authentication page to complete this step during checkout. Please ensure your mobile number is registered and active with your bank to avoid payment delays.

This step is mandatory and is in place to protect you from unauthorized transactions. We are unable to process card payments that do not complete this authentication.

ORDER VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect both you and us, all orders are subject to a verification process. In some cases, you may be asked to confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or that the order details are accurate.

If we are unable to verify an order or the payment information provided, we reserve the right to decline the order. In such cases, any payment already processed will be refunded in full using the same payment method within 5-7 business days.

We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled by our certified payment gateway partner.

CURRENCY, EXCHANGE RATES, AND BANK FEES

All transactions on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

If you are paying with an internationally issued card (for example, a card issued outside India), your bank or card provider may apply a foreign exchange conversion rate and/or an international transaction fee. These charges are set and applied by your financial institution and are not visible on our website. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

For the most accurate information on applicable fees, please contact your bank or card issuer directly before placing your order.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined, your order will not be saved and you will need to place a new order. We are not notified of the reason for a declined payment — only your bank has this information.

To help resolve a failed payment, please check the following before trying again:

  • Confirm your card details are correct, including the card number, expiry date, and billing address.
  • Enter the 3-digit CVV / security code on the back of your card (or 4 digits on the front for American Express).
  • For UPI payments, confirm your UPI ID is correct and that your linked bank account has sufficient funds.
  • Ensure your OTP was entered correctly and within the validity window. OTPs typically expire within 3 minutes.
  • Check whether your bank has blocked the transaction. Banks do not inform us of declines, so please contact your bank directly if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, try a different card or payment method.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Estimated processing times from refund approval are as follows:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: 2–3 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
  • UPI: 2–3 business days.
  • Net Banking: 2–3 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
  • Wallets: 2–3 business days.
  • EMI: Refunds for EMI transactions will be processed to your credit card. Please contact your bank for details on how the refund will be applied to your EMI schedule.

These timelines reflect the time taken by payment networks to return funds and may vary depending on your bank or wallet provider. You will be notified by email once a refund has been initiated on our end.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Your payment security is our priority. All transactions on this website are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details and personal payment information are encrypted during transmission and are never stored on our servers.

We do not have access to your full card number or CVV at any point in the transaction process.

For additional protection, all card payments require OTP authentication as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India.

If you believe your payment information has been used fraudulently in connection with a purchase on this website, please contact us immediately and notify your bank.
